במיוחד את הדמות הצבעונית, המביטה מאחד החלונות, נדמה לי
שבסדרת רומניה. מכל מקום השיחות שלך עם קפקא נפלאות, ורוחות
הרפאים ( הירוקה במיוחד) שובה לב. בכלל אתה מאד קומוניקטיבי
בעבודות שלך. [לעומת זאת במילים אתה חוסך. לא נורא]. שתהיה לך

היום ממש במקרה עברתי דרך האתר אשר מציג אותך ואת עבודותיך,
הרגשתי שיש לי מה ללמוד ממך. הייתי מעוניין ללמוד אצלך. אינני
זקוק ללימוד אינטנסיבי, וגם שעה בשבוע יכולה להספיק. אני מאוד
מעוצב בדעותי ובתודעתי. במשך הזמן בו למדתי באבני או לבדי,
נוכחתי לדעת כי חשוב לי להזדהות עם יצירות האומן אצלו אלמד.
אינני חושב כי אוכל ללמוד מכל אחד - חשובה לי מאוד התפיסה
הקונספטואלית וכמו כן עומקה של היצירה מבחינה חזותית ורגשית.
במבט ראשון על היצירות שלך הרגשתי אחרת. היצירות אינן יומרניות
אך מציגות יכולת טכנית ושליטה בצבע, הן אקספרסיביות ומדברות –
גם ללא הבנה של הנושא, עצם פעולת הציור מטביעה יכולת הבעה
מושלמת. אלו גם השאיפות שלי. |

Porat, Congratulations for your work and also for your
excellent site. I´m a brazilian and used to made editions of
art for the best galleries in Sדo Paulo. I´m too a
researsher on phrases of art, and noticed the messages in
your site. My book, The Phrases of Art (still out of press)
do have 3.000 phrases of artist in all the world, about art
(criation, ligth, painting, sculpture, etc) the notation
cover 4.000 years of the art activities. The first phrase
was wrote in a tomb in egypt by Ptahotep in 2002 bc :
"there´s no perfection in art and no artist who will get it"
(upto date, isn´t it?). I will send you a phrase by Kafka
(this genious!) " Art is the ax for the iced world inside
us". If you have phrases of your and other artist to send
me, please. Collaboration is art! I used to edict catalogs
fos the Sדo Paulo Biennal and meet here the painter and
sculptor Menache Kadshiman, do you know him? Good to know of
you and your work,I´d like to thank for the eventual help on

מרשימים. במיוחד האוטו-פורטרטים והדומם המוזיקלי. שילוב הצבעים
יפה גם הוא להפליא, אבל צריך כמובן לראות את היצירות מקרוב, כי
כל צילום, ומה גם צילום ממוחשב, אינו יכול ללכוד את הדקויות.

שלום רב יעקב פורת!! ביקרתי באתר, וראיתי את היצירות שלך. ממש
ממש יפות, ממש אהבתי והתרשמתי!!! באמת, נפלא!! קוראים לי שקמה
רז ואני בת 17, גרה ליד הקריות. אני מציירת, בעיקר על קרטוני
ביצוע או בדים, גודל גליון, בעיקר באקריליק, לפעמים בשמן. אני
גם לפעמים מפסלת בחומר. אני ממש אוהבת אמנות, בעיקר ציור, אני
נדהמת לפעמים מעבודות...אבל אני לא יודעת, ז"א....אני לא יודעת
לצייר מדויק, לא יודעת לרשום, אני צריכה הרבה צבע בעבודה, שזה
לא יהיה מדויק, ואז יותר קל לי. הייתי רוצה לדעת לצייר מדויק.
אני מציירת רק מהראש. אני בעיקר אוהבת את הציורים של אדוארד
מונק, לדעתי הוא היה גאון..אני גם אוהבת את העבודות של ואן
גוך, פיקאסו ודאלי. בכל אופן, אני חושבת שזה דבר כל כך נפלא,
שאפשר להביע את עצמך בציור, זה משהו מדהים...אהבתי ממש את
העבודות ומאוד נהנתי לצפות בהם, בעיקר אהבתי את הציורי עירום.
נפלאים. אשמח לשמוע ממך...יום נפלא, שקמה רז. |

and had a look at your site which I found very interesting.
I hope your exhibition in Xania went well and that you had a
good time with the Cretans, I find them very proud and
individual if one is allowed to generealize. Don't know if
you remember me, I'm the Norwegian woman from the departure
hall. We finally got to Rhodes in the afternoon, what a
nightmare of a trip.I have been back to Athens once since
then as my son is studying there and will go to London at
the end of this month, soon the summer starts and hopefully

החומר". יש כאן עושר - הן בצבעים, הן בצורות והן באינטרוספקציה
הברורה שלך. חיתוכי-העץ הרשימו אותי במיוחד, אהבתי מאוד את
סדרת קפקא (עירוב הטכניקות), ולא לשכוח את הסקציה - ששכחתי איך
קוראים לה - אבל יש בה צילומים של תצורות הסלע (שאני כל כך כל
כך אוהבת) של קניוני המדבר, עם העיבודים שלך. העתק של "המשפחה"

מאוד נהניתי. חזרתי לסימטאות פראג ולגשר קארל... מה אומר לך,
אני לא מבקרת אמנות, אבל חוויתי חוויה, וחזרתי פעם ועוד פעם,
מנסה לפצח את הסמלים הקפקאיים, מצליחה/לא מצליחה ....
מבולבלת...אבל גם קפקא היה מבולבל , לא? ואתה? אז הצלחת להעביר
אלי בלבול חוויתי, מגוון ומרתק, לעיתים צבעוני ולעיתים
חיוור,בבואה של חיי אדם. הצטערתי שלו ראיתי את היצירות במימדים
המקוריים, שלא עברתי ביניהם בלי לחיצת כפתורי עכברים, ולמרות

הייתי באתר, עשיתי ביקור יסודי למדי, ונהניתי. אני בעניין צבע
וקומפוזיציה, בסמלים אני לא מבינה. הצבע נהדר, חזק, באמת
מקצועי כמו שכתבו שם כמה מעודדים בספר הזכרונות. שמתי לב שאתה
מחפש ומחפש, ואח"כ ראיתי שגם פרופ' גוברין הזכירה זאת "חיפושיו
המתמידים של פורת". אז יש לי נחמה עבורך, הציורים של 2003 הם
לדעתי הכי טובים וזה סימן שהשנים לא עוברות לחינם ואתה מתקדם
ומשתכלל מתקופה לתקופה, יש סיכוי שתגיע ממש קרוב, והרי הדרך
היא העיקר, החיפוש. ניכר שההתעסקות בציור ובצבע הם צורך חזק
שלך, רואים את העניין, ההתבוננות, האהבה לצבעים, למגעים
ביניהם, לכוחות שלהם, למתיקות, לאינסוף האפשרויות להפיק מהם
חוויות ולהתפעם מהיפעה הזאת. אפשר ממש להרגיש בציורים את ההנאה
שיש לך מהשגת אפקטים חזקים בצבע. אהבתי מאוד את האדום, שהרבה
פעמים אתה נותן אותו בנדיבות, בשפע, זה משהו כמו ורמיון
וקדמיום יחד. ואהבתי את השכנים שאתה מוצא לאדום הזה, שמלבים את

Being of Czech ancestory and an artist, I was interested in
your work. I saw Woman Standing and it reminded me of some
figurative work I produced in chalk and collage at Parsons
School of Design in New York City. Large canvas' of female
figures clothed in patterns and textures - sumptuous! The

Here is something I found on the internet, which may
interest you... Sonya Delaney\'s Artist Statement: \"Many
years ago I encountered a dramatic black and white drawing
by an artist Kathe Kollowitz. This piece was titled Death
and the Mother. After absolutely falling in love with this
piece of work, I soon came to love expressionism. Another
artist I have investigated is Edvard Munch and his work The
Scream. Kollowitz and Munch have the ability to portray
pure, raw passion and emotion through their work that I
strive to emulate. Dali and Miro are two surrealist artists
whose explosive use of color and psychological drama
motivate my art to search for a way to reveal to the public,
otherwise hidden concepts and emotions using similar colors
